Roland B. Weast, MD, Joins Premier Surgical Associates

Roland B. Weast, M.D., recently joined Premier Surgical Associates, headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., and the region's largest surgical group.
Weast is a general surgeon and will practice at the group's Mercy St. Mary's and Mercy North offices.
"Dr. Weast is a great addition to our group," said Kevin Burris, CEO of Premier Surgical Associates. "We are fortunate to have him join our skilled team of surgeons at the St. Mary's facilities."
Weast received his M.D. degree from the University of Kansas Medical School in Kansas City. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
"I'm very pleased to join the outstanding team at Premier," said Dr. Weast. "My surgical interests include all general surgery with an emphasis on advanced laparoscopic procedures, making Premier an ideal fit for me. I look forward to serving patients in the Knoxville community."
Weast is now accepting referrals in general surgery.
